By downloading, installing, or using Calcu Pro (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Calcu Pro is a free mobile application developed by Gamheroes that provides calculation and utility tools.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
The App may allow users to access certain features through third-party authentication providers, including:
- Google Play Games Services
- Google Sign-In
- Email and password authentication
- Phone number authentication
- Anonymous authentication
Depending on the authentication method used, limited information may be accessible to the App, such as:
- Display name (Google Play Games / Google account)
- Email address (email/password authentication)
- Phone number (phone authentication)
- A randomly generated user identifier (anonymous users)
Users are responsible for the accuracy of any data provided through third-party authentication services.

The App only processes data required for authentication, functionality, analytics, and advertising in accordance with user consent and applicable regulations.
5. Advertisements

Users can manage their ad personalization preferences through system settings or consent management tools provided in the App.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in Calcu Pro, including but not limited to the app name, logo, design, user interface, graphics, icons, code, and related materials, is the exclusive property of Gamheroes unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written permission.
All third-party trademarks, services, and content belong to their respective owners.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality, servers, or services
- Exploit, abuse, or manipulate advertisements or authentication systems
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including:
- Google Firebase Authentication
- Google Play Games Services
- Google AdMob
These services are operated by their respective providers. Gamheroes is not responsible for their availability, behavior, or data handling practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamheroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or service interruptions.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we detect abuse, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
